The investigation employed listed banks on the Ghana Stock Exchange from the dated 2008 - 2018. Two estimators namely the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) and the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) were utilized. To add to existing literature, the liquidity parameters employed in this study exhibited a favorable and significant link with the dependent indicators except for quick ratio which exhibited an immaterial affiliation. In addition, a robustness assessment was employed adopting the three-stage least-squares and the findings were parallel to that of the other estimators employed. The above insights are vital as regulators concoct changing standards offering banks with an optimal degree of liquidity. Although it is widely accepted that, prior to the latest financial crisis, banks undervalued liquidity, and the trade - offs between sensitivity to liquidity fluctuations and the risk of maintaining lower-yielding liquid assets must also be weighed, as the latter will influence the capacity of banks augment earnings and expand credit.
2022-12-09T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2022 International Journal of Business, Technology and Organizational Behavior (IJBTOB) https://ijbtob.org/index.php/ijbtob/article/view/240 Comparison Analisys of Financial Performance of Village Owned Business Entity (BUMDes) “Bina Mandiri” Jada Bahrin Village and Village Owned Business Entity (BUMDes) “Pagarwan” Pagarawan Village 2019-2021 Period 2022-11-08T02:41:49+00:00 Wahyuni Wahyuni yuni84461@gmail.com Ari Agung Nugroho ariagung@gmail.com Hamsani Hamsani hamsani@gmail.com
This study aims to analyze and compare the financial performance of BUMDes "Bina Mandiri" Jada Bahrin Village and BUMDes "Pagarawan" Pagarawan Village. E-learning is a new way of education that everyone had to adopt. To ensure the continuity of teaching and learning activities, higher education institutions (HEIs) need to explore ways to increase the quality of e-learning systems. The paper aims to understand the quality factors that influence e-learning adoption in Indonesia. The proposed framework is validated with 753 students from four universities located in different regions of Indonesia. Data were analysed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. The findings show that a relationship does exist between information quality and e-learning adoption. However, system and service quality did not indicate any significant influence on e-learning adoption.

Keywords: Information Quality, System Quality, Service Quality, E-Learning Adoption
2022-12-09T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2022 International Journal of Business, Technology and Organizational Behavior (IJBTOB) https://ijbtob.org/index.php/ijbtob/article/view/254 Implementation of Mediation as an Unique Step in Resolving Banking Business Disputes Sharia in Religious Courts 2022-12-30T19:00:05+00:00 Zainal Abidin Pakpahan zainal@gmail.com
Mediation steps that are rarely carried out in sharia economic business problems are contained in the Al-Quran and Hadith which have been relied upon to be implemented in sharia banking, so that sharia business problems are now starting to enter a unique renewal phase which is the basis for fast and low-cost processes as the wheels of running the economy. because Islamic banks in their operations are still limited by Bank Indonesia regulations and applicable laws, for example the mudharabah principle, the Bai' Salam principle, the Wadi'ah principle, the Musyarakah principle, and the leasing principle (Ijarah). Islamic banks in their wheel of rotation are certainly inseparable from problems both internally and externally through financing with customers even though they are solely based on the principle of profit sharing.

Keyword:Mediation, Disputes, Business, Sharia Banking.
2022-12-31T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2022 International Journal of Business, Technology and Organizational Behavior (IJBTOB)
